What You Need to Know

We founded Beautiful B Boutique with one principle in mind - providing an incredible shopping experience for our customers. We work hard to provide exceptional customer service and pride ourselves on never straying from our founding principles. Returns & Exchange Policy:

What happens if I am not entirely satisfied with my product?

My Boutique shop will check and verify each and every product before shipping. If an error has occurred e.g. if the item is broken or faulty, the product must be returned within 7 days. If you return a product, please include: full details and an explanation as to why you were not satisfied with the product. 

All valid returns will be replaced and shipped within 3 working days once we have received the damaged product and verified the issue. However, the return of unwanted items is at our discretion and we'll only consider returns on goods that are unopened and in original condition with all tags and/or packaging.

Please note that we do not arrange for the return unless we have sent the incorrect product. 

What happens if I want to return goods for an exchange or refund?

You are welcome to return any product provided that the product is in the same condition, and it has not been used and is still in its sealed packaging. My Boutique shop honors a 3-5 days full refund policy (excluding courier delivery charges). 

Please send the product back at your own cost, as you received it, UN-opened and UN-used. When the product arrives we will inspect it and see if it is liable for an exchange or refund. A copy of our order must accompany your product. Products that are sent back with no documentation are not accepted.

Please note that we do not arrange for the return unless we have sent the incorrect product. 

A full refund will be issued in the circumstance that you do not want to exchange the product and refund may take 3-5 working days to clear in your bank account. If an Item has been opened and returned for refund/replacement and the product passes all quality checks. 

If you wish to exchange the item for something else, you will be liable for return / exchange shipping costs. What happens if I want to change my order once I have placed it?

You are more than welcome to change your order with-in 24 hours, unless your order has already shipped after 24 hours of ordering. Please contact us urgently to inform us before we pack and ship!

If it has already been shipped to you it is still possible to return it. However, you will be liable for the return shipping. The return of unwanted items is at our discretion and we'll only consider returns on goods that are unopened and in original condition with all tags and/or packaging.

What happens if I have put in the wrong address?

In the case that a parcel gets send back to us because it could not be delivered or the delivery address was wrong it will incur an additional delivery fee when it gets re-delivered. Please always be sure that the delivery address is correct and double check it when you place your order. If there is a mistake in the address please contact us immediately.
